岗位职责(Responsibilities): -协助sales做好客户的后续环节工作,负责收集客户的menu / MPA(如有) / ACH (如有)/ gift card信息(如有) Assist sales to do the follow-up work of the customer, and collect the customer's Menu / MPA (if necessary) / ACH (if necessary)) / gift card information (if necessary)
-负责客户购买后或有可能出现的对收到货品不满丶货品发货不迟时丶货品错误丶order form错误等售后环节 Responsible for the customer may appear to be dissatisfied with the systems, or the systems delivered lately, or something wrong with the order, etc
-负责客户的投诉记录,协助Account manager妥善处理 Responsible for customers complaint records, and assist Account manager to properly handle it.
-协助leader做好部门内部事务丶各种会议的记录等工作 Assist leader in doing the work of the department's internal affairs and various meetings.
-负责办公室内demo的整体管理。 Responsible for the overall management of the demo in the office.
-负责各类sales的月度丶季度丶年度统计报表和报告的制作丶编写,并随时答复对销售动态情况的质询 Responsible for the production and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and answer questions about sales dynamics at any time.
-负责team所有的对外对接丶联系并最终关闭联系,达成结果 Responsible for all external team collaboration, contact and eventually to achieve results
-完成sales leader临时交办的其他任务。 Complete other tasks assigned by the sales leader.
