1.岗位职责:
● Regularly present, promote, and fulfill the sales of company products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.

● Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, social media, and meetings with cannabis manufacturers.

● Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

● Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

● Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.

● Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

● Sell, deliver, and take orders for company products.

● Conduct promotional work outside of the office prospecting, working at trade shows, and engaging in sales activities.

2.任职要求:
● Bachelor’s degree at least. Background in the medical CBD, vaporizer or atomization industry is a plus;本科学历以上。有医用CBD、汽化器或雾化行业背景者优先;
● Minimum 2 years of sales experience. Related experience in 2C brand operation or 2B ODM/OEM projects and channel management is a plus;至少3年的销售经验。有2C品牌运营或2B代工定制项目、渠道管理相关经验者优先;
● Strong ability of market insight, product perception, market planning, data collection and data analysis;具有较强的市场洞察、产品感知、市场策划、数据收集和数据分析能力;
● Highly effective skills in interpersonal communication and commercial negotiation;

● Proactivity with desire to grow professionally and personally.
