1. Route Management and CoordinationCommunicate and collaborate with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) to allocate routes, adjust postal code coverage, and optimize delivery areas.Work cross-functionally with Quality Control, Finance, and Customer Service to address and resolve issues such as quality concerns and customer complaints, ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
2. DSP Management System DevelopmentAssist in establishing a comprehensive DSP management system, covering areas such as access screening, contract management, and quality control.Recommend potential DSP development teams that align with company standards and objectives, supporting ongoing quality improvements.
3. Vendor Relations and NegotiationFacilitate introductions and negotiations with DSPs to enhance the company’s delivery capabilities and expand coverage in new and existing markets.Provide insights and guidance on best practices for DSP selection, ensuring that partnerships contribute positively to service quality and reliability.
4. Training and SupportConduct training sessions for DSP companies and drivers across various states, ensuring they are proficient in using the company’s systems and understand the standards required for successful delivery operations.
5. Management and OversightMonitor and evaluate DSP performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain high standards of service.Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure effective management of DSP relationships and route optimization processes, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
