Warehouse Assistant

Top Natural Hair Inc is seeking an energetic, efficient, and eager warehouse assistant to join our team. Responsibilities:
1. Perform detailed inspection and quality testing of incoming and outgoing goods.
2. Audit inventory regularly and report and resolve any anomalies in a timely manner.
3. Work with warehouse personnel to develop and implement quality control processes.
4. Record and report any issues that do not meet process or quality requirements, and work with the appropriate team to resolve them in a timely manner.
5. Monitor and strictly enforce quality control standards and safety regulations.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control related training programs.
8. Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and quality control activities.
9. Occasionally need to help move goods
10. Responsible for the interview and training of loaders, labelers, and forklift drivers.

Qualifications:
• Experience in warehouse quality inspection preferred, but not required.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively identify and resolve quality issues.
• Familiar with warehouse systems and software.
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
$20/hours, Monday- Friday
