Warehouse working procedure, Forklift driving license, RF scanners use, customer special request understanding, Shipping standards, Organizational and Communication skills
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Basic Microsoft Office/PC operating, Leadership, Supervision, and Scheduling capabilities
MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow the working plan which warehouse manager assigns, and arrange workers properly to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance.
2. Oversee and coordinate the daily shipping report.
3. Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance.
4. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
5. Interface with WILL CALL customers to answer questions or solve problems.
6. Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards.
