Job Responsibilities: · Office works: likes Ordering office and warehouse supplies, network equipment, environment regulation, payment application ect. · Paying all monthly bills send Summary of expenses 30th of each month. · Accounts payable - paying invoices · Accounts receivable - receiving payments from customers · Creating PO according to sales requirement, follow up the PO status, docking with shipping forwarder on arrival matters (Submit clearance docus, Scheduling delivery time) (receiving) · Creating and submitting Picking & Packing orders (delivering) · Summarize and bind sales contract monthly. · Training employees on systems, like quick books ect · Assist reception or meetings (customers, visitors) · Submitting temporary employee's weekly time · Creating new hire packets and ordering new equipment · Tracking financials and preparing financial documents to submit to our accountant · Booking travel arrangements (if have, not often) · Entering payroll for all employees each week · Onboarding new employees - Drug screenings and background checks · Health insurance - Informing employees of benefits and how/when to enroll in them · Keeping handbook and employee job descriptions up to date · Other works arranged by management
Requirement: 1 At least 3 years working experience. 2 Responsible, active, affinity, competent and responsive at work, Get along well with colleagues. 3 Handle related affairs according to the company's management systems, keep report to management. 4 Basic computer operation, form making. 5 Speak Chinese and English
