司机培训和合规：提供司机培训以帮助司机熟练使用APP、开始工作、熟悉配送流程等，并确保遵守公司政策和安全规程
管理派单：协助管理司机派单，协调调配司机确保及时取货；持续解决司机配送中的问题，按时完成配送任务
监控完成率：监控司机配送时效，确保司机按时完成配送任务，提升交付妥投率
评估监控：追踪司机的配送表现，设计并实施司机和车队评估体系，激励高效优质交付

2年及以上快递、物流、配送行业等北美本地工作经验

Driver Manager (Chinese-speaking required)

Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly competent individual to take charge of managing last-mile delivery drivers and Delivery Service Partners (DSP), overseeing a daily delivery volume of approximately 10,000 orders, with DSP or driver count ranging from 200 to 500 personnel.
Driver & DSP Recruitment: You will be responsible for recruiting and managing delivery drivers or Delivery Service Partners (DSP) with delivery drivers operating under their supervision.
Driver Training and Compliance: Your role includes providing comprehensive driver training to ensure their proficiency in using the delivery app, commencing work, and acquainting them with the delivery process. You must ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Dispatch Management: Your assistance will be pivotal in managing driver dispatching, skillfully coordinating and allocating drivers to ensure timely pickups. It will be crucial to address any issues during deliveries promptly and ensure the punctual completion of delivery tasks.
Monitoring Delivery Performance: Your key responsibility will be to closely monitor driver delivery efficiency, ensuring on-time completion of delivery tasks and actively working towards enhancing overall delivery success rates.
Evaluation and Monitoring: You will track and assess driver delivery performance, designing and implementing a comprehensive driver and DSP evaluation system that fosters efficiency and maintains high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Work in the U.S. legally
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the American or Canada delivery, logistics.
Your meticulous attention to detail and exceptional ability to work independently are highly valued attributes.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively communicate within the team and with external stakeholders.
Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be critical in handling various operational challenges.
As a team player with a collaborative spirit, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software, with above-average expertise in MS Word/Excel, is expected.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Mandarin and English to facilitate smooth communication.
